Salary: ₦800,000 gross (including performance incentives and commission)
A fast-growing company in the commodities sector is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets, generating quality leads, and identifying new business opportunities in Lagos and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales target of 30,000 tons by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to support growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
