Salary: ₦200,000 Net + Performance Bonus | Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales (Lotto/Sports Betting preferred)
A growing organization in the lotto and sports betting industry is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and manage key partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership qualities, and a passion for achieving business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the gaming and sports betting sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success
- Lead and manage a sales team to meet performance goals
- Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Negotiate and close high-value deals that align with the company’s objectives
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 4 years of proven sales experience; experience in Lotto or Sports Betting is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze data for decision-making
