Salary: ₦300,000/month (Net)

A fast-growing organization in the FinTech sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through partnerships and client engagement. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in business development, especially within the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with strategic partners to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with organizational targets.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, partnership development, or account management.
  • Prior experience in the FinTech industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
