A fast-growing organization in the FinTech sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through partnerships and client engagement. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in business development, especially within the financial technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with strategic partners to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with organizational targets.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, partnership development, or account management.
- Prior experience in the FinTech industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
