We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on achieving revenue and business growth. This position is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in the agribusiness or engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in agribusiness or engineering.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the engineering industry is a significant advantage.
