A reputable company in the fleet management and manpower outsourcing industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals.

Salary: N400,000 – N550,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across relevant industries to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations highlighting fleet and manpower outsourcing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Prepare periodic sales reports detailing performance, targets achieved, and business challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 6–8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the fleet management or outsourcing industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to expand client base and territories
