About the Role:
IPNX Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage strategic accounts, and foster client relationships in a competitive B2B environment. This role is vital in identifying new opportunities, penetrating key accounts, and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and regional dynamics to develop tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (minimum 2.2/Upper Credit).
  • 5–7 years of experience managing strategic accounts and driving revenue opportunities.
  • Proven expertise in account management and client relationship management in a B2B setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other business tools.
  • Ability to navigate and understand local market dynamics, bringing insights that drive sales.
  • Creative and effective communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
