Job Description

Synapse Services is a leading provider in the behavioral health sector, dedicated to improving lives through innovative mental health care solutions. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our growth in key locations: Abuja (FCT), Anambra, and Lagos.

Location: Abuja (FCT), Anambra, and Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for market expansion within the behavioral health and healthcare sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field with proven work experience in a business development capacity.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of the behavioral health sector and healthcare experience is desirable.
  • A Master’s degree is desirable but not essential.
