A highly motivated Business Development Manager is needed to drive sales and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, real estate, or finance, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the consulting, real estate, or finance sector.
- Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, client management, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive strategic growth initiatives.
