Job Description

Dynamic Well Flow, an Oil and Gas servicing company specializing in manpower supply, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time role in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will drive growth through competitive tendering, client engagement, and strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and tenders while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to secure long-term business.
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals and maximize profitability.
  • Manage vendor registrations, contracts, and proposal documentation efficiently.

Requirements

  • BSc or HND in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in business development or tender management.
  • Strong track record of winning high-value bids in oil & gas, marine, or construction industries.
  • Proficiency with NipeX, Ariba, SAP, and other relevant tendering platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, financial, and commercial management skills.
