Job Description
Hogan Guards Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of security service contracts. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong sales, negotiation, and client management capabilities within service-based industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the security services portfolio
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients across corporate, government, and private sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and service satisfaction
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and track business performance metrics
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, service agreements, and sales reports
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and effective service delivery
- Represent the organization at client meetings, security forums, and relevant industry events
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within security or service-based industries
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of security services, contracts, and service delivery standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
