About the Role
Profile Facts Protocols is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a passion for sales, client relationship management, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Lead sales initiatives and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and achieve targets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
