Job Description
Proforce Galaxies Limited is recruiting a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and expand market presence for advanced space, geospatial, AI, and software solutions across Nigeria, Africa, and international markets. This role suits a strategic professional with strong technical sales experience and the ability to translate complex technologies into measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across the full product portfolio, including satellites, ground stations, and satellite data products, for public and private sector clients.
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aimed at achieving significant revenue growth targets.
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and close opportunities with government agencies, multinational organizations, research institutions, and private enterprises.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and technology expos, clearly communicating product capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams (AI, GIS, software, and engineering) to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support product enhancement and innovation.
- Prepare proposals, sales forecasts, and strategic reports for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or strategic partnerships within technology, defense, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in high-value B2B technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI, GIS, space systems, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams and articulate complex solutions in business terms.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
