A diagnostic clinic in Lagos is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow patient volume, revenue, and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and corporate clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to boost service awareness
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer demands
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare business development; diagnostic experience is an advantage
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and stakeholder relationship management
- Proven ability to drive business performance and achieve growth targets
