Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and digital payments space
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, merchants, and financial institutions
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of business development experience within fintech or digital payments
  • Strong professional network within fintech, banking, or financial services ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Professional certifications such as CIM, NIM, or related qualifications are an added advantage
