Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with prospective clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Lead proposal development, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT consulting solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT consulting industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.
