Job Description

Fave Consulting is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth across HR and compliance services. This role suits a commercially minded professional with strong consulting sector experience, capable of balancing high-level growth strategy with hands-on deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities and growth channels for HR and compliance services.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, pitches, and growth campaigns.
• Drive the full client engagement lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and relationship management.
• Track, analyze, and report business development performance, conversion rates, and market insights.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
• Support leadership with insights on new markets, products, and service opportunities to diversify revenue streams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, marketing, or growth strategy.
• Proven record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed business development or sales targets.
• Experience within consulting, branding, or marketing environments is an added advantage.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with practical deal execution.

Salary: ₦250,000 net per month + commission
