Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and secure contracts to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications is an advantage.
- A minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing B2B, B2C, and B2G partnerships and projects.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven approach.
