Job Description
A reputable consulting firm in Lagos is seeking a skilled and proactive Business Development Officer to manage its training and business consulting unit. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in marketing, consulting, and business planning, capable of driving growth and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the firm’s training and business consulting unit.
- Develop and write comprehensive business plans tailored to client needs.
- Identify business opportunities and drive growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver high-impact training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, consulting, or training.
- Strong written communication skills with proven experience in writing professional business plans.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
