Job Description
A Business Development Officer is required to support the growth objectives of Caronik Security Solutions Limited by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence within the private security sector. The role suits a results-oriented professional with strong sales, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for management decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a private security company is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
