Job Description
Petrogap Oil & Gas Limited is seeking passionate, confident, and articulate female graduates to join their business development team. This role is open to both entry-level candidates looking to build a career in the oil and gas sector, and professionals with up to 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the industry. The ideal candidates must be adaptable, quick to learn, and capable of representing the company in high-level interactions across the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with key industry stakeholders such as IOCs, DPR, NAPIMS, and NNPC
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging business opportunities
- Reactivate inactive client accounts and generate new leads
- Support the preparation of proposals, bids, and pre-qualification documentation
- Contribute to negotiation efforts and assist in executing business strategies
Eligibility Criteria:
For Entry-Level Applicants:
- Must be a female graduate, preferably between ages 21–26
- No previous experience required
- Must be well-groomed, confident, and willing to learn
For Experienced Applicants:
- 1–3 years of business development experience in the oil and gas sector (preferably upstream)
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with industry stakeholders and bidding processes
