Short Description:
A reputable fintech company is looking to hire a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, lead sales efforts, and strengthen institutional partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a solid track record in B2B and B2B2C sales, particularly within the tech or financial services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage business clients, cooperatives, and financial institutions to grow the client base.
  • Develop and execute digital and direct sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and lead deal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is reflected in products and services.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Ability to independently manage the entire sales process.
