Location: Ikate-Elegushi, Lagos State, Nigeria
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month
We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development/Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only enhance the client experience by ensuring excellent service but also drive business growth through effective marketing and client retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, including content creation and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster loyalty and attract new customers.
- Identify and implement corporate marketing opportunities to promote the brand and services.
- Analyze business performance and recommend strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Stay updated on trends in the spa/beauty industry to create innovative promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and corporate marketing.
- Strong customer service skills and a result-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the spa/beauty industry (salon, spa) is an added advantage.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields (OND/HND/BSC).
- Applicants must reside around Lagos Island or nearby areas (proximity is essential).
- Must be prepared for immediate resumption and available for in-person interviews (no accommodation or virtual interviews).
