An international talent partner is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support its client acquisition and recruitment coordination efforts within the startup and scale-up space. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads, focusing on startup founders, People & Culture teams, and hiring managers.
- Support the creation of client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, and partnership decks.
- Assist recruitment operations by liaising between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
- Expand network connections within the startup ecosystem, including VCs, founder communities, and HR leaders.
- Maintain and organize CRM activities, communication logs, and performance reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, recruitment, HR, or sales support — preferably within a startup, HR-tech company, or recruitment agency.
- Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured, collaborative environment.
- A genuine interest in the startup world and a desire to build a career in business development or recruitment.
