Digital Space Capital is seeking a results-driven Business Growth Executive (Deposit Mobilization Specialist) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the fintech industry and a proven ability to drive deposit mobilization, cross-sell financial products, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize core deposits and achieve set financial targets within defined timeframes.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
- Generate B2B and B2C sales leads, and consistently achieve revenue goals.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to enhance client value.
- Address customer inquiries about products and services, ensuring timely resolutions to complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a fintech or related financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of credit procedures and financial products.
- Proven ability in relationship management, negotiation, and attention to detail.
- Confident, resilient, and results-oriented financial sales professional.
Salary: N400,000 – N800,000 per month
