About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with expertise in data analytics, project management, and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data systems and databases, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Manage data warehousing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG business operations and trends.
  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
    • Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Certification
    • SQL Certification (e.g., Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals)
  • Expertise in data warehousing, project management, and advanced data analytics tools.
