A manufacturing company in Atan, Ogun State is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient financial management, and support strategic growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting and business administration, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource management
- Manage accounting processes, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Lead teams across departments, ensuring performance targets and business goals are met
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and manufacturing industries
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
