Location: Abuja & Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000
A logistics and courier services company is seeking experienced and driven Business Managers to oversee operations in Abuja and Lagos. The ideal candidates will bring a strong background in sales management, leadership, and team coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance.
- Monitor operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management; logistics industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
