Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals and improve profitability
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead business development efforts including client acquisition and relationship management
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff for peak performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 5–7 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of business strategy, sales processes, and financial management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools
