Westbridge Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee farm plantation operations and drive business performance. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring the achievement of financial and strategic objectives at the farm location in Oyo State.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily farm operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Implement and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals
• Supervise and coordinate farm staff, including attendance, task allocation, and performance monitoring
• Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and operational improvement
• Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring financial performance and cost control
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends and provide periodic performance reports and insights
• Maintain farm infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational standards
• Ensure proper nurturing, evaluation, and timely management of farm produce
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards to protect staff and assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good understanding of business operations and strategic planning
• Must be male, aged between 30–45 years
• Must be willing to relocate to the farm plantation in Oyo State
