A leading automotive retail company in Lagos is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure overall business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Sales, Administrative, and Logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business expansion
• Oversee P&L management, working capital, and financial performance
• Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior managerial role
• Strong background in automotive, sales, or business management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets

Salary

• N700,000 – N900,000 monthly
