OPPO Nigeria is seeking a skilled Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and oversee regional marketing operations. The role involves managing marketing assistants nationwide, ensuring consistent brand visibility, maintaining quality marketing installations, and supporting logistics for all promotional materials. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills to drive OPPO’s marketing excellence across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Business Marketing Assistants across all regions to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Manage branding installations such as billboards, lightboxes, wall drapes, and in-store displays nationwide.
• Oversee the logistics and distribution of marketing materials to regional outlets.
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and safety standards across all marketing executions.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regional marketing teams to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor and document marketing activities, providing performance and asset deployment reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, branding supervision, or regional marketing.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, marketing logistics, and advertising operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be above 28 years of age and willing to travel nationwide.
• Proximity to Ogba, Lagos, is an added advantage.
