Salary: NGN 200,000 – 220,000 monthly
Location: Victoria Island, Lekki, Island Axis – Lagos, Nigeria
Experience: 2–3 years in retail operations or a related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
A leading company in Lagos is seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead to oversee daily retail operations and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth business activities.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure all aspects of operations meet company standards.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocations to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze operational performance data and suggest improvements to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail operations or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software is a plus.
