Business Operations Manager – Casing & Tubing
Job Description
Tecon Oil Services Limited is hiring a Business Operations Manager to lead its casing and tubing operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee team performance, ensure business profitability, and maintain high standards in service delivery for Tubular Running Services (TRS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and client engagement for TRS operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial, safety, and operational objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to optimize service performance.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance and operational metrics.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in oilfield services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver on targets in a fast-paced oil and gas environment.
