Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst will play a key role in evaluating and redesigning internal business operations for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. This role is integral to optimizing performance across departments and supporting project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate across departments to redesign and implement more efficient processes
- Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects using project management tools
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with both regulatory and internal standards during process rollouts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Familiarity with business process mapping tools and data analysis techniques
