Job Description

A detail-oriented Business Process Analyst is required to support process development, documentation, and compliance maintenance. The position requires strong analytical skills, expertise in Microsoft Office tools, and experience with Power BI and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities
• Document, design, and implement business processes and compliance procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure standards are met
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and maintain accurate workflow documentation
• Analyze current processes, recommend improvements, and automate tasks using Power Automate
• Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to track performance and compliance metrics

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in process documentation and improvement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
