Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and representing Lendastack’s services in the fintech market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong sales skills and a deep understanding of fintech, capable of meeting revenue targets and expanding market share.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Business Opportunities:
    Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities within the fintech space, targeting key players to grow Lendastack’s client base.
  2. Build Client Relationships:
    Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing and potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and fostering strong, ongoing connections.
  3. Negotiate and Close Deals:
    Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability while aligning with Lendastack’s goals.
  4. Represent Lendastack at Industry Events:
    Attend conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings to raise Lendastack’s profile and explore new business avenues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Representative in the finance or fintech industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
    • Deep knowledge of the fintech market and emerging technologies.
    • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and business goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas and build client trust.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to address issues and propose solutions effectively.
