Job Description:

An organization in Abuja is seeking experienced Call Centre Operations Managers to oversee the daily operations of its call center. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage resources effectively to meet service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate call center activities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance using key metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Handle staffing, training, and development of call center personnel.
  • Work closely with other departments to align call center goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
