Qualification: HND/NYSC, OND, or NCE (Minimum of Lower Credit or Merit)

A reputable organization is seeking smart and articulate Call Centre Representatives to join its customer support team in Victoria Island, Lagos. Ideal candidates must reside within close proximity to the job location and be passionate about customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback
Preferred Residential Areas Include: V.I., Ikoyi, Surulere, Obalende, CMS, Gbagada, Lekki, Iyana Oworo, Yaba, Costain, Ebute Metta, Ajegunle, Ojuelegba, Orile, Palmgroove, Shomolu, Lagos Island, etc.

- Must hold an HND, OND, or NCE certificate with a minimum of Lower Credit or Merit
- NYSC completion is required for HND holders
- Must be 27 years old or younger
- Must live within accessible distance to Victoria Island
