A reputable aviation company is currently recruiting experienced Captains for the EMB 135/145 fleet. This is a strategic opportunity for professionals looking to take on leadership roles in flight operations, contributing to a safety-driven and forward-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), ensuring each flight is operated in accordance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather assessment and route analysis
  • Make prompt, sound decisions during in-flight operations, especially in emergency situations
  • Guide and support First Officers to maintain high levels of professionalism and operational discipline

Minimum Requirements

  • Nigerian ATPL or ICAO Annex 1 compliant ATPL
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum Level 4 English Language Proficiency
  • EMB 135/145 type rating with a current Instrument Rating
  • At least 4,500 total flight hours, including 1,500 hours on type
  • Strong safety record and demonstrated leadership in flight operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma is an added advantage
