Key Responsibilities
- Accurately handle and process premium payments, ensuring timely and precise recordkeeping.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to payment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to provide support and maintain operational efficiency.
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all financial transactions and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related Social Sciences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- Proficiency in resolving basic customer service requests and complaints.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
