We are seeking a Change Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Change Management Lead in developing and implementing strategies that drive successful organizational transitions. Your efforts will focus on planning, documentation, and analysis to ensure the adoption of new processes and tools while minimizing resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Assist in designing and refining change management plans that align with organizational goals.
    • Conduct readiness assessments and research to inform impactful strategies.
  2. Coordination and Planning:
    • Integrate change activities into project schedules and monitor milestones.
    • Identify potential adjustments to keep initiatives on track.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of change activities, plans, and outcomes.
    • Analyze and report on progress metrics to provide actionable insights.
  4. Communication and Training Support:
    • Prepare communication materials, training guides, and workshop resources.
    • Support the creation of tools that enhance employee engagement and adoption.
  5. Impact Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
    • Analyze data on change impacts and employee feedback to refine strategies.
    • Document lessons learned to improve future projects and processes.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years in change management, organizational development, or similar roles.
    • Experience in large or complex organizations is preferred.
  • Certifications:
    • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of change management principles and tools.
    • Proficiency in data analysis for readiness and sustainment success.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional written communication for creating clear and effective resources.
