Job Description
This role is ideal for a consultant with 2–5 years of experience from a top-tier consulting environment (e.g., KPMG or similar firms in Nigeria or internationally) who understands structured consulting methodologies and is eager to work closely with Senior Consultants and Partners on both strategic and technical engagements.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of organizational transformation and change initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations
- Develop leadership development frameworks, competency models, training roadmaps, and capability-building programs
- Design and support the rollout of change interventions, including communication strategies, training programs, transition planning, and performance enablement initiatives
- Perform data-driven analysis to inform insights, recommendations, and solution development
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools using platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Notion, Airtable, and Miro
- Translate complex findings into practical, actionable strategies for client implementation
- Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, reports, and project documentation
- Support project management activities by tracking deliverables, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Identify operational and process improvement opportunities with clear recommendations
- Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across transformation, digital, and operational initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, transformation, or leadership development
- Prior experience working with top-tier consulting firms (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of traditional consulting methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches
- Strong ownership mindset, professionalism, and entrepreneurial drive
- Demonstrated exposure to change management, leadership development, digital, or technology-led projects (training support available if needed)
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, Miro, and project management platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- AI proficiency required, including the use of AI tools for research, analysis, workflow automation, documentation, and insight generation
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is a strong advantage
