Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer / Executive Director

A leading company in the business development space is hiring a Channel Partner Manager to support its expansion efforts across strategic regions. The role involves building and managing strong relationships with partners, driving sales performance, and ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and implement partner programs, incentive structures, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support partner growth and engagement.
  • Monitor partner activities and report on key performance indicators and ROI.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting partner performance and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
