Chronicle is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Chat Support Officer to join its remote team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or technical support, with a focus on providing exceptional assistance through live chat platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to helping customers with their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via live chat, addressing customer queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficient in using live chat software and help desk platforms.
