About the Role:
A reputable organization in the financial services sector is seeking a skilled Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and oversee daily accounting activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily financial and accounting functions for seamless operations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor company performance against financial targets and recommend improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide leadership to the finance team and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- A first degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
- Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience as a Chief Finance Officer in the financial services sector or capital market.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
