A leading organization within the consulting, financial advisory, and fintech space is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and drive overall financial performance. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting high-level business decisions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support sustainable business growth
- Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and internal financial controls across the organization
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide investment, advisory, and executive decisions
- Supervise and mentor finance teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in senior finance roles within consulting, financial advisory, or fintech sectors
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, compliance, and corporate finance principles
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
