Our client, a leading player in the financial sector, seeks an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy and operations. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the organization’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Lead efforts to secure funding and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.

Job Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in a commercial banking environment.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Accounting, or Finance.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACA are highly advantageous.
- Expertise in advanced accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and tax planning.
- Proven track record of raising capital beyond traditional methods.
- Exceptional leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to drive organizational change.
