A reputable company in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on furniture production, is seeking to hire an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing operational strategies for growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations.

Requirements:
