Job Summary

A reputable company in the Oil & Gas (Downstream) sector is hiring an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead and optimize its daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, overseeing core functions such as supply chain and logistics, and driving business growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee production, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Set performance metrics (KPIs), track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor operations teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for optimal cost-efficiency.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ proven experience in the Oil & Gas downstream sector.
  • Solid background in operational strategy, supply chain, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with change management and business process optimization.
