Job Description

A fast-growing brand in the beauty and consumer products space is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer to lead and optimize its core operations. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can translate vision into execution, strengthen internal systems, and drive sustainable growth across multiple business units. The Chief Operating Officer will play a critical role in aligning operational excellence with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic and operational roadmap
  • Oversee daily operations across supply chain, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and customer experience functions
  • Drive efficiency in product sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing senior leadership team
  • Implement scalable systems, processes, and policies to support business expansion
  • Monitor operational KPIs and financial performance, providing performance insights to executive leadership
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail or wholesale partners
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and product safety requirements
  • Oversee budget planning and effective resource allocation across departments
  • Promote a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and innovation

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or senior operations leader in the beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a product-led, consumer-facing business
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing complex supply chains and vendor partnerships
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving
  • Strong financial and performance management capabilities
